Delete your Teracotta account
You can submit your request here even if you have uninstalled the app. Sign in to confirm which account to delete. Phone verification is not required.
Our team processes deletion requests within 30 days. We will email you when deletion is complete, or explain any delay required by law.
Deletion removes your login, profile, saved addresses, preferences, and content that we are not required to retain. It is permanent once completed.
We retain only records needed for orders, payments, tax obligations, fraud prevention, or legal claims for as long as those obligations require. Deletion does not cancel purchases, refunds, or amounts owed.
